Who we are
Veterinary Marketing Company is a business based in Austin, Texas. "We" and "us" in this policy mean Veterinary Marketing Company. You can reach us at [email protected].
What this website collects
- If you use the form on the ranking check page, we receive what you type into it (your name, email address, business name, website, town and anything you add) so we can prepare your check and reply. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms. The site has no accounts or logins.
- Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies for that purpose.
- We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how people move between them and which links are clicked. Clarity also records page interactions such as clicks and scrolling, with text on the page masked. We may also use advertising tools, such as the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our own advertising; those tools can share information about your visit with the companies that run them. These tools set cookies. You can block them with your browser's cookie settings or an extension, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
When you email us
We keep your email address and what you send us so we can reply, prepare your ranking check and keep records of our work. We use email hosting, website analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), form delivery (Web3Forms), advertising platforms when we run ads and software to keep track of conversations; those providers process the information on our behalf. The ranking check we send is built from public information only; we do not ask for logins or patient records, and we would not keep them if sent.
Business outreach
We may email clinics about our services, and may follow up if we do not hear back. For that we use business contact details that clinics publish, for example on their own websites, and public search data about the clinic, such as how it appears in Google's results. If you reply "no thanks" or ask us to stop, we will not email you again.
How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers that help us run the business, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information, and we will unless we have to keep it.
Your choices
Email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Reply "no thanks" to any email from us and we will not email you again.

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.
